Alex M. has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2007. Alex began their career as a Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, and Site Producer for Habbolot. In 2008, they worked as a Community Guide for Sulake and as a Community Moderator for SuperCheats. In 2009, they worked as a Managing Director for Joytex Media Ltd and as a Community Moderator for BittyBay. In 2010, they worked as a Customer Services Agent (Technical Support) and Retail Co-Ordinator for Microtechs. Finally, in 2012, they worked as an Operations Director and Technical Manager for Microtechs, and as a Community Assistant for both Sulake and ildom.

Alex M. attended Speedwell Technology College from 2001 to 2008, where they studied Internet Services - Office Analysis. In January 2008, they obtained a GNVQ IT certification.
