Shubham Panda

Shubham Panda possesses a diverse background in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Assistant Manager in Quality at Microtek International Pvt Ltd since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Quality Engineer and Quality Assurance Executive at Durga Auto Parts from June 2018 to September 2020, and as Production Executive at Candid Appliances between October 2016 and May 2018. Shubham began a career in engineering with a summer trainee position at BHEL in 2016, focusing on the erection of a condenser at Lalitpur Power Generation Corporation Limited, followed by a trainee role at Forge (India) Pvt Ltd, where foundational skills in forging, machining, and heat treatment were developed. Shubham holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IEC University, Baddi, completed in 2016, and attended D.A.V Public School Parwanoo from 2010 to 2012.
