Goran Mrkoci is an accomplished executive in the engineering and aviation sectors, currently serving as Partner - Executive Vice President at MicroTheory Engineering since April 2022. Previously, Goran held various leadership roles at CSSI Inc from April 2008 to April 2022, including Vice President - Safety Initiatives, where oversight of FAA-related safety operations was a primary responsibility. Goran also managed significant contracts as the eFAST Program Manager, directing a team of 130 employees and a contract portfolio valued at approximately $150 million. Prior experience includes positions at BAE Systems as a Senior Engineer specializing in Air-Ground integration and at ITT Industries as a Systems Engineer. Goran holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Additionally, Goran earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2009.
