Jack Lincourt

Vice President of Service Delivery at Microtime

Jack Lincourt has held several positions in the technology and service delivery industry over the past two decades. Theircareer began in 1997, when they were hired as a Contact Center Supervisor at Cross Country Automotive Services. In 2001, they transitioned to Northeast Security as a Dispatch and Inspections Coordinator. From 2006 to 2009, Jack held three different positions, including General Manager at TelePublishing International, Call Center Director at Phoenix Media/Communications Group, and Client Services Manager at BLI Messaging. In 2011, they joined Onepath LLC as the Director of Service Delivery, and in 2019, they were appointed Vice President of Service Delivery at Microtime Computers, Inc/Dental IT Solutions.

Jack Lincourt attended Boston University from 1991 to 1993, studying Industrial Engineering. Jack then transferred to UMass Boston, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering in 1996.
