John Gagnon has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years. John began their career in 2004 as a Systems Engineer/Technical Account Manager, Service Desk Manager, and Support Specialist at Internet & Telephone, LLC. In 2017, they joined Onepath LLC as a Senior Systems Engineer and Lead Technical Account Manager. In 2019, they were appointed Vice President of Technical Services at Microtime Computers, Inc/Dental IT Solutions.
John Gagnon obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of New Hampshire between 1999 and 2004.
