John Gagnon

John Gagnon has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years. John began their career in 2004 as a Systems Engineer/Technical Account Manager, Service Desk Manager, and Support Specialist at Internet & Telephone, LLC. In 2017, they joined Onepath LLC as a Senior Systems Engineer and Lead Technical Account Manager. In 2019, they were appointed Vice President of Technical Services at Microtime Computers, Inc/Dental IT Solutions.

John Gagnon obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of New Hampshire between 1999 and 2004. Subsequently, they obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and VMware, including a Microsoft Specialist: Windows 7, Configuring (2015), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2008 (2013), Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator (2013), Microsoft Certified Professional (2013), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration (2010), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuration (2010), CCNA Routing & Switching (2011), CCNP Collaboration (2016), and VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization (2018).
