Marty White

Marty White is a seasoned engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in the automotive and battery manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Sr Manager Engineering at Microvast, Inc. since November 2021, Marty established and leads an engineering team focused on the startup and launch of a lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility. Prior to this role, Marty held various positions at Envision AESC and Nissan North America, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency in EV battery production. Marty’s career also includes significant contributions at Dell and Johnson Controls Automotive, where expertise in product engineering, quality management, and process improvement was demonstrated. Marty earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University between 1985 and 1988.
