Brian Hibbeln

Brian Hibbeln is a seasoned professional in private equity and venture capital, currently serving as a Board Member at WhiteHawk Inc and a Senior Advisor at Blackstone. With a robust history in national security, Brian held the position of Director at the United States Department of Defense's Remote Sensing Center from 2011 to 2020 and was the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of Defense from 2004 to 2011. They are actively involved in several organizations, including positions as Venture Partner at SineWave Ventures and Senior Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. Brian earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the United States Air Force Academy.
