Mike Soper

Mike Soper has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Mike started their career in 1994 as a Network Switching System Operator/Maintainer in the US Army. After leaving the military in 2000, they joined Microwave Networks Inc. as a Lead Technician and later worked as a Technical Support Specialist and Project Specialist. In 2013, they moved to SpeedCast (formerly Harris CapRock Communications) as a Project Manager. In 2016, they returned to Microwave Networks Inc. and held the positions of Program Manager and currently serves as the Director of SA&V and Project Engineering.

Mike Soper earned an Associate's degree in Computer Network Administration from San Jacinto College between 2001 and 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Juniper Networks Certified Design Associate from Juniper Networks in December 2018, a Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist from Juniper Networks in July 2019, and a Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP-SP) from Juniper Networks in December 2019.
