Henry Downs is an accomplished engineering and technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Technical Officer at Microwave Techniques LLC since February 2021, Downs previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mega Industries, LLC, where significant growth was achieved, including an annual growth increase from 10% to 20% during their tenure from June 2018 to February 2021. Downs also contributed to Mega Industries as Vice President of Sales/Engineering from June 2007 to June 2018. Earlier in their career, Downs was Technical Director for RF Components at Dielectric Communications, leading the development of HD Radio and securing multiple patents, and held positions such as IR Product Line Manager at Control Devices Inc. and Design Engineer at COM DEV International. Downs holds a Master of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Heriot-Watt University.
