Jim Detert has an extensive background in leadership and business development across various industries. Serving as President and CEO of Rynel Inc. from 1997 to 2010, Jim successfully led the company through significant challenges, achieving double-digit growth and profitability within 18 months. After negotiating the sale of Rynel to Mölnlycke Health Care in 2010, Jim took on roles including Site Director at the Wiscasset facility and later as Business Development Director for The Americas, where Jim excelled in mergers and acquisitions.
