Lawrence Chomicki

Lawrence Chomicki, MBA, PMP, CCMP, currently serves as Senior Implementation Lead at Micruity, where responsibilities include managing client product implementations and onboarding projects with various stakeholders. Previously, in a 21-year tenure at MissionSquare Retirement, Lawrence held roles such as Vice President of Business Transformation & Optimization and Senior Director of Change Management, focusing on aligning strategy and implementing change management methodologies to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. Earlier experience includes positions at Evans Consulting, Accenture, and JL Systems, where Lawrence led change management initiatives, developed training programs, and supported clients through system transitions. Lawrence holds an MBA in Change Management and Strategy from George Mason University and a BA in English Education from the University at Albany.
