Sean Jost

Sean Jost has over 25 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Sean is currently working as a Senior Implementation Lead at Micruity since January 2023. Previously, Sean held various leadership roles at MassMutual, including Director of Stable Value Operations from August 2012 to June 2022. In this role, they led a team that supported the day-to-day business activities of a $34 billion stable value investment only business. Prior to that, Sean worked at The Hartford as a Director of Product Management for Hartford Mutual Funds from August 2008 to August 2012. Sean also served as a Senior Business Consultant for the Institutional Solutions Group at The Hartford from June 2006 to August 2008. Before joining The Hartford, Sean worked at Eaton Vance as an Assistant Vice President in the Retirement Plans Department from September 1999 to June 2006, where they managed relationships with distribution channels and provided support to financial advisors, TPAs, and plan sponsors. Sean also served as a Team Leader in Operations & Shareholder Services at Eaton Vance from August 1996 to September 1999. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Sean Jost attended Stonehill College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics.
