John Neff

John Neff, CPCU, AIC, is currently the Assistant Vice President at Mid-Continent Group, where they have served in various roles, including Claims Manager and Sr. Claim Technical Specialist since 2015. Previously, they worked as a Liability Claims Supervisor at Philadelphia Insurance Companies from 2008 to 2009 and held positions at North American Risk Services and USF&G, where they gained extensive experience in claims management. John earned a BA in Business Management from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1987.
