Dylan DeMacy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dylan began their career as an Engineer at Gerald Gardner & Associates in 1999, where they developed site plans, designed foundations for residential homes, and assisted in designing wastewater treatment systems. Dylan then worked as a Field Engineer at ADESTA Communications from 2000 to 2001, managing multi-million dollar communication projects in New York City.

From 2002 to 2004, Dylan DeMacy served as a Mathematics Teacher at St. Dominic Academy. Dylan then transitioned to the construction industry, joining K. Hovnanian Homes in 2004. While there, they held various roles including Estimator and Community Construction Manager, overseeing multiple projects, managing budgets, and maintaining building schedules.

In 2010, Dylan DeMacy joined Mid-South Engineering as a Project Scheduler and later became the Director of Operations in 2015. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills, effectively managing teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Dylan DeMacy began their education at Lake Placid Central High School, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999. Following their undergraduate studies, Dylan obtained a Master's degree in Education from Seton Hall University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Finally, they furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University between 2010 and 2012.
