Suzanne Serrano

Suzanne Serrano, EJD, CMAI, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sika USA, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Suzanne was the Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at Master Builders Solutions from July 2022 to June 2023. Experience also includes serving as North America HR Director for the Foundry Division at Vesuvius USA from March 2019 to July 2022, and as Senior Corporate Director of Human Resources at Standard Motor Products from January 2003 to March 2019, where duties included serving as Director of Human Resources. Earlier in the career, Suzanne held the role of Director of Human Resources at Whitesell Corporation from February 1997 to December 2002. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Purdue Global Law School, completed between 2014 and 2017, and a degree in Paralegal Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington, completed from 2004 to 2006, along with leadership training at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2011.
