Beatrice Conte is a senior consultant with a PhD in psychology and a decade of academic research experience. Currently, Beatrice is working at MIDA, focusing on driving sustainable change within organizations. Previously, Beatrice held the position of Head of aBetterFuture & Choice Architect at aBetterPlace and served as a researcher at the University of Geneva. Beatrice has also completed an MBA from ThePowerMBA and a Master's degree in Cognitive Applied Psychology from the Università degli Studi di Padova.
