As a certified organizational counselor and coach, Daniela specializes in facilitating professional development in the luxury retail sector, enhancing efficiency and service standards for Area Managers, Store Managers, and Sales teams. With a degree in Philosophy with a focus on psycho-pedagogy from the Second University of Naples and certification as a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst from the European Association for Transactional Analysis, Daniela contributes to the development of innovative training methodologies and has authored numerous publications on organizational climate and emotional-cognitive training in professional roles.
