Michael Wharton

Michael Wharton is currently the Executive Sous Chef at MIDA, where they are responsible for overseeing kitchen operations. With previous experience as a Hotel sous/chef administrator at Le Coucou, Michael led their kitchen to achieve an impressive A score on the NYCDOH inspection. They have worked in a variety of roles, including chef positions at Michelin-starred restaurants and event chef roles in catering. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Brown University and is certified in HACCP through NYCDOH.
