CS Training&Quality Lead

Bilge G has extensive experience in customer service and vendor management across various roles in telecommunications. They served as the Black Segment (VIP) Lead at Türk Telekom from 2016 to 2021, before moving to Getir in 2022 for vendor management and other customer service leadership roles. Currently, Bilge is the CS Training & Quality Lead at Midas, a position they have held since 2025, while also pursuing a degree in Public Relations and Communication at Necmettin Erbakan University, which they are expected to complete in 2026. Bilge's previous experience includes customer-facing roles at AVEA from 2004 to 2007.
