Şifa Karaman

Şifa Karaman is an experienced talent management professional with a career spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently serving as a Talent Manager at Midas since February 2023, Karaman previously held positions at Zeplin as Talent Acquisition Manager for Turkey and the UK, and at Inveon as Talent Acquisition Leader. Earlier experience includes roles as Recruitment Consultant at Kairos HR and Talent Sourcer at SpenglerFox and Oxygen Consultancy. Additionally, Karaman worked as a Teaching Assistant at Boğaziçi University in the Department of Western Languages and Literatures.
