Ann Merchant

Ann Merchant is an accomplished international BioPharma leader with extensive experience in executive management, supply chain strategy, and financial planning. They have held significant roles, including Vice President at Amgen Europe and MorphoSys, and currently serve as a Board Member at Biodexa Pharmaceuticals PLC and Alvotech. Ann has demonstrated expertise in managing P&Ls, setting strategies for growth, and establishing new teams while navigating change in dynamic organizations. They earned a Master's in Business Administration from Henley Business School and hold a Bachelor's degree in Languages and Business Administration from Georgetown University.
