Tom Clancy

Tom Clancy, CFA, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and valuations. Currently serving as Vice President at MidCap Financial since February 2022, Tom previously held the position of Senior Manager at Cherry Bekaert LLP from January 2019 to February 2022 and Vice President at Seale & Associates, Inc. between October 2011 and January 2019. Tom has played a pivotal role in developing buy and sell-side confidential information memorandums, managing due diligence processes, and performing domestic and cross-border valuations. Tom began the career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Staff member from 2009 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in Finance and Accountancy from Wake Forest University, complemented by a high school education at Upper Dublin High School.
