John Smollen

John Smollen is an experienced executive with a strong background in the trading and financial services industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Miami International Holdings since August 2014, John leads Exchange Traded Products and Strategic Relations. John is also a Board Member at MidChains, a licensed virtual asset trading facility in Abu Dhabi, and Managing Partner at Quivet Neck Capital LLC, where expertise in trading and technology platforms is applied. Previous roles include Board Advisor at StratiFi Technologies, Advisory Board Member at Gatsby Digital, Inc., and Director of Trading at Nico Trading. With a long tenure at Goldman Sachs as Managing Director and significant contributions to the Chicago Board Options Exchange as a Floor Director and Board member, John's extensive knowledge and leadership are well recognized in the industry. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Iona University.
