Kendra Hebert

Kendra Hebert is an experienced insurance and claims professional with a strong background in workers' compensation and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Insurance & Claims Manager at Midcontinent since August 2023, Kendra previously held the position of Workers' Compensation Manager at Smithfield Foods from July 2021 to August 2023. Prior to this, Kendra worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at AIG from May 2014 to July 2021, conducting compliance reviews of claims handling both domestically and internationally. Kendra began the career as a Workers' Compensation Specialist at Jewish Hospital Healthcare Services, managing the organization's Workers' Compensation Program from April 1999 to November 2003. Kendra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, graduating in May 2006.
