Susan Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the field of talent acquisition and staffing. Susan has worked at Midcontinent since 2020, holding the positions of Sourcing Partner and currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Susan worked at Robert Half for over two decades, holding various roles including Regional Vice President, Metro Market Manager, Branch Manager, Division Director, and Senior Staffing Manager. Their extensive experience in leadership and management roles demonstrates their expertise in the field.

Susan Thomas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Winona State University.
