Kenyon Cory

Kenyon Cory currently serves as Head of People at Middesk since February 2025, following a role as VP, Head of People at Block Renovation, which involved transforming the home renovation industry. Prior experience includes leading teams at Petal in various HR functions, and acting as Director of People at AlleyCorp, collaborating with seed-stage companies on talent strategies. At Jetty, Kenyon established talent acquisition and employee engagement functions during a significant growth phase. Earlier roles at Squarespace included Recruiting Team Lead, contributing to the company's expansion from around 130 to over 850 employees, and at Korn Ferry focused on executive search in the global consumer market. Kenyon holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and studied Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at the London School of Economics.
