Michael Chong

Michael Chong serves as the Director of Solutions Engineering at Middesk since December 2025, leading solutions engineering and technical account management. Previously, Michael held the same title at Mosaic, where responsibilities included managing integrations and success engineering teams. As a co-founder and interim GM at Fringe, a restaurant in Seoul, Michael focused on promoting local agriculture. Experience also includes leading technical sales at Cresta and Comet, managing product releases at Deloitte Digital, and software engineering at ITG. Earlier roles involved economic analysis at MITRE and clinical research at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia.
