Sam Matthew

Sam Matthew is an attorney with extensive experience in tech startup law, litigation, and advisory roles. Currently serving as In-House Counsel at Middesk, they previously held positions as General Counsel and Director of Public Policy for Remote Year, and Head Of Legal at On Deck. They co-founded Pillar Booth, where they advised on legal matters and privacy compliance. Sam earned a JD from Harvard Law and a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois, and possesses a diverse background that includes work as a ski instructor and participation in the World Series of Poker.
