Jolanda Boudestijn

Jolanda Boudestijn is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HR adviseur at Middin since January 2017, Jolanda previously held the position of Senior HR beleidsadviseur at Altrecht, an institution for mental health care, from September 2014 to August 2016. Prior to that, Jolanda worked at KPMG from March 2007 to February 2014, fulfilling roles as HR Project Manager Audit & Accounting and HR manager for the Audit & Accounting division, overseeing significant personnel developments across multiple regions. Jolanda's career also includes HR management positions at PRC BV (now part of ARCADIS), VNU Business Publications, and various other organizations, beginning in the late 1980s. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Universiteit Leiden and a Bachelor’s degree from the Pedagogische Academie te Rotterdam.
