The Middle Way Institute, a wholly owned subsidiary of Internal Innovations LLC, is based in Atlanta, GA with offices in Chattanooga, TN, Greenville, SC, and Charlotte NC. Our focus is Executive Coaching and Cultural Development within corporate structures. Since its inception, the company through its coaches and consultants has engaged with over 300 organizations, including for-profit, nonprofit, educational institutions, and government entities. In 2023, Internal Innovations launched its wholly owned subsidiary called the Middle Way Institute. This pursuit demonstrates our commitment to corporate culture and our focus on building high-performing teams and organizations.
