Horacio Arroyo

Horacio Arroyo has extensive experience in various technical and managerial roles within the food and beverage industry. Starting as a Technical Supervisor at Nestle from August 1998 to January 2006, Horacio progressed to serve as Technical Coordinator and later Technical Manager at Nestlé Professional Mexico until February 2015. After a gap, Horacio worked at Grupo Nocza, S.A.de C.V. as an Operations Manager from January 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities included developing maintenance solutions for trade assets across multiple product lines. Horacio also served as a Country Representative for Mercofricon S/A from November 2016 to September 2023 and is currently employed as a Sales Manager at The Middleby Corporation since October 2023. Horacio holds an engineering degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, obtained between 1990 and 1995.
