John Kania

John Kania has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. John started their career in 1995 as a Controller at GKN Walterscheid Inc, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Middleby Marshall as a Financial Controller and later served as Vice President of Finance and Financial Controller. In 2018, they became the General Manager & VP of Finance and President at Middleby Marshall / CTX Oven Company. In 2019, they joined The Middleby Corporation as the Corporate Vice President of Business Performance and Strategic Initiatives. Recently, they have been serving as the EVP of Global Supply Chain & Operating Initiatives in the same company.

John Kania obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University from 1987 to 1992. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Certified Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2004 and 2007.
