Mario 🔵🔴 has extensive experience in the food processing and packaging industry, currently serving as President and CEO of VEMAC SRL, a division of The Middleby Corporation, since 2018. Additional roles at The Middleby Corporation include Vice President and System Integrator Specialist. Previously, Mario held managerial positions at Olli Salumeria and CASTELFRIGO SRL, where responsibilities encompassed RTE management, technical plant management, maintenance management, and EDP management. Prior experience includes a project manager role at FB Engineering SRL and an EDP assistant position at Castal Carni SPA. Mario is currently pursuing advanced business education at Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, and Bologna Business School.
