Michael Ball

Michael Ball, CPA has extensive work experience in the field of tax accounting. Michael currently serves as the Vice President of Tax at The Middleby Corporation, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Tax Director at the same company from January 2018 to August 2021. Before joining The Middleby Corporation, Michael worked as the Director of Domestic Tax & Tax Provisioning at Signode from January 2014 to January 2018. Michael also held the position of Director of Tax Accounting at Motorola Mobility, a Google Company, from May 2012 to October 2013, and at Motorola Mobility from August 2010 to May 2012. Michael's early career includes a role as the Director of Tax Accounting at Motorola Solutions from January 2001 to August 2010.

Michael Ball, CPA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, which they completed in 1991. Michael later pursued a Master of Science in Taxation at DePaul University, completing it in 1996.
