Michael H.

Michael H. has a diverse work history, starting as a Technical Writer at Volt in 2005. Michael then worked at DuctSox Corporation as a Sales & Manufacturing Engineering Intern before becoming a Manufacturing Engineer. In 2011, they joined Char-Griller as an Operations & Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Operations. From 2016 to 2022, Michael held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Char-Griller. In 2022, they moved to Middleby Outdoor as the GM & COO of Char-Griller, Masterbuilt, & Kamado Joe. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Strategic Sourcing Initiatives at The Middleby Corporation.

Michael H. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electromechanical Engineering and Mathematics from Loras College in 2007. Michael then pursued an MBA in Business Administration at Clarke University from 2007 to 2009. In 2014, Michael obtained a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt Certification from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
