Mingwei Shan

Mingwei Shan has worked as the Senior Director of Engineering at CookTek in The Middleby Corporation since November 2015. Prior to that, they worked at General Electric as a Senior Design Engineer from February 2013 to October 2015, and as a Lead Design Engineer from May 2010 to February 2013.

Mingwei Shan completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, though the specific years are unknown.
