Paul Prassa

Paul Prassa has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the food service industry. Paul currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at The Middleby Corporation since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Henny Penny for 16 years, starting as a Regional Sales Manager in August 2007 and progressing to Strategic Account Field Manager from January 2015 to December 2017, and then to Strategic Account Manager from January 2018 to October 2023. Paul also had a sales manager role at Middleby Corporation from 2002 to 2007.

Paul Prassa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Elmhurst University from 1988 to 1990. Paul then pursued an Associate's Degree in Culinary & Hospitality Management from CHIC/Le Cordon Bleu - Chicago from 1992 to 1994. In addition, they hold certifications in "Building Trust" from LinkedIn and "Certified Foodservice Professional" from the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) in 2020 and 2012, respectively.
