Russell Scott has extensive work experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Russell currently serves as the Corporate Chef and Vice President of Culinary at The Middleby Corporation since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Hospitality Consultant at GoreScott Hospitality since 1996. From March 2018 to June 2020, they held the position of Culinary Director at The Club at Carlton Woods.

Russell Scott obtained a Bachelor's degree in Alternative and Complementary Medicine and Medical Systems at Everglades University in the year 2010.
