James Fleming is a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach with a rich history in sports education and coaching. They served as a Cricket Coach at Hornsey Cricket Club from 2007 to 2011 and later became Vice-President (Sport) at Nottingham Trent Student Union during 2011 to 2012. James has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Welsh Fire Women and Sutton Tennis Academy, and currently holds the position of Head of Athletic Performance at Middlesex Cricket since 2023, while also serving as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for London Spirit Women. They earned a BSc in Sport Science and Mathematics from The Nottingham Trent University and a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary's University, Twickenham.
