Andrew Minderman has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Andrew started their career at Lincoln Electric as a Consumable Manufacturing Engineer from June 2007 to February 2009. Andrew then joined Pines Technology as a Design Engineer for the year 2011. In 2012, they transitioned to Process Technology as a Mechanical Engineer, where they worked until August 2018. Andrew then joined THE LANLY COMPANY as a Project Engineer from August 2018 to April 2022. Currently, they are working at Middough Inc. as a Senior Engineer since March 2022, and later assumed the position of Project Manager from May 2023.
Andrew Minderman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Andrew further pursued higher education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Cleveland State University from 2010 to 2011.
