Bob Strosnider has extensive work experience in various roles related to project management, engineering, and business management in the field of air pollution control and engineering services. Bob started their career as a Shift Supervisor at Harshaw Chemical in 1974 and then worked as a Project Engineer at Davy McKee from 1981 to 1982. Bob joined AGA Gas Inc as an Applications Equipment Manager in 1983 and worked there until 1989. From 1990 to 1994, they worked as a Product Manager at Ceilcote Air Pollution Control, where they developed and presented technical sales proposals for air pollution control equipment systems. Bob then worked at VIC Environmental/Ceilcote Air Pollution Control from 1994 to 1996, where they turned around a carbon adsorption equipment business. Bob joined Ceilcote Air Pollution Control as a Business Manager from 1996 to 1999, and then moved to Sly Inc. as a Business Manager from 1999 to 2001, where they were responsible for proposal development and sales of baghouse and wet scrubber technology. Since 2001, they have been working at Middough as a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, where their responsibilities include executing multi-discipline projects for chemical and refinery clients, maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction, and managing available resources, project scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.

Bob Strosnider obtained their Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University, where they studied from 1973 to 1981. Additionally, they received the certification of Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2012 and became a Professional Engineer certified by The State of Ohio in March 1991.
