Tom Welch

Tom Welch is currently the Sr. Major Projects Resource Manager at Middough Inc., a role they have held since 2025. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Director of Project Services at CSD Engineers and held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Manufacturing at Union Electric Steel Corp in 2013. Tom's earlier experience includes a management role at Bidell Gas Compression and numerous engineering positions at ArcelorMittal - Weirton from 1994 to 2007. They graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
