Chen Nathan

Chen Nathan has over eight years of experience in human resources, notably serving as the Director of Human Resources at Ctrip.com from August 2009 to August 2017. During this tenure, Chen held various leadership roles, including senior HR manager for the Nantong branch and HR director for multiple divisions, successfully implementing key HR projects, managing recruitment channels, and achieving high retention rates for top-tier talent. Chen contributed to the establishment of a unified recruitment platform and played a significant role in team building for Tianhai Cruises. Since July 2021, Chen has worked as a recruitment expert at Midea Group, focusing on understanding business needs and collaborating with unit leaders to refine talent acquisition strategies. Chen holds a master's degree in Project Management from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, earned between 2014 and 2017.
