Joyce Chen

Joyce Chen is currently the Operation and HR Head of CRC at Midea, where they have held various roles including HRBP head of Midea RAC R&D and OD head of Midea RAC. Joyce has extensive experience in IT and overseas recruitment, having previously worked as an International HR Manager at ChinaHR.com and as a Senior Consultant at Guangzhou Xuma Enterprise Management Consultant Ltd. They also served as an Account Manager at Dell and as a Recruitment Manager at 蓝月亮（中国）有限公司. Joyce is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, alongside a Bachelor's degree from South China Agricultural University.
