Dienne Cavalcante is currently the Head of Human Resources for a new manufacturing plant at Midea Group, where they are integral in defining and implementing organizational culture and aligning HR processes with strategic business objectives. Previously, Dienne worked in multiple roles including HR Business Partner at Midea Carrier, and held various positions in quality and operational management across companies such as Nokia and Whirlpool. Dienne has a strong background in organizational development, talent management, and continuous improvement, while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Quality Management, a postgraduate degree in Sustainable Development and Environmental Education, and a Master's in Production Engineering.
