Joyce Chen

Joyce Chen is currently the Operation and HR Head of CRC at Midea, where they oversee multiple HR functions and previously held roles such as HRBP head and OD head within the organization. Joyce has extensive experience in international recruitment, having served as an International HR Manager at ChinaHR.com and as a Senior Consultant at Guangzhou Xuma Enterprise Management Consultant Ltd. Prior to their positions in HR, Joyce worked as an Account Manager at Dell. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at South China Agricultural University.
