杨璧榕

碧榕 杨 is a Senior Legal Counsel in the M&A center at 美的集团, actively participating in both domestic and international M&A projects since 2024. They previously held positions at 君合律师事务所 from 2016 to 2024, where they served as a lawyer engaged in significant IPO and reorganization projects.碧榕 has also interned in the capital market departments of King & Wood Mallesons and Morrison & Foerster LLP, gaining valuable experience in legal due diligence and project financing. They hold a Master's degree in Chinese Business Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and two Bachelor's degrees in law from Zhejiang University.
