Rachel Chen

Rachel Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market management, public relations, and event planning. Currently serving as Market Manager at Midea Group since June 2019, Rachel focuses on retail marketing digitization and retail intelligence for the Midea HA business on a global scale. Previously, Rachel worked at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, holding the position of Business & Government Affairs Manager and overseeing government affairs strategies and public relations efforts. With earlier roles at KOTRA as an Investment Specialist and Trade Specialist, Rachel developed strong expertise in project management and stakeholder relationship management. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's degree in Law, specializing in International Relations and Affairs, from Sun Yat-sen University.
