Roger Chen

Roger Chen is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in customs and more than 4 years in the tax sector within a professional firm. They served as a Tax Director at Deloitte China from 2016 to 2019 and are currently a Tax Partner at 德勤税务, while simultaneously holding the position of Senior Compliance Officer at 美的集团 since 2025. Their earlier career included a role as Deputy Section Chief at SHANGHAI CUSTOMS from 2008 to 2015. Roger holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Tongji University.
