Wen Tommy

Wen Tommy is an accomplished supply chain and logistics professional with extensive experience in managing operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain for the European Region at Midea Group since January 2022, Wen oversees the logistics network and planning performance from origin to end customers worldwide. Previously, as the International Logistics Manager at Moen Incorporated, Wen managed a $65M global freight budget and improved operational efficiency across the global network. Earlier experience includes leading the supply chain and logistics team at Biesse Group in China and transforming the import and export department at Dongguan Machinery Imp&Exp Co., Ltd. into an independent business unit. Wen holds an MBA in Supply Chain from Sun Yat-sen University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from South China University of Technology.
